Refund policy

Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form. 

Please send an email to themakeupspot1@gmail.com with the following information within 72 hours:

- Full Name

- Order Number

- Item that needs to be returned & reason.

 

How do I qualify for an exchange/ refund

- Email request for return must be sent within 72 hours of delivery 

- All items must be in the unused condition as when received; along with original packaging.

- Only Personal Care Items with unbroken & intact product seals will be accepted

 

I have received a Return Authorization Number & Form What's Next?

Upon receiving a Return Authorization Form, items must be shipped to The Makeup Spot within 7 Business Days. Any credit due will be issued upon receipt and processing of returned goods.

The RA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package and all original packing material, tags, and original packing slip must be included.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all authorized returns or exchanges to be processed
